I'm currently running a beta version and so far it is great... I would say we have about 15 days to go until this distro is fully released. I'm very excited and am trying to promote this a lot. I hope to get on a hardy heron theme/design and submit it on ubuntu's main page for getting involed. I hope you will enjoy this and consider running a live cd and trying it out or even installing. It is a great free os (operating system) much like windows or mac osx. But it is free and comes loaded with great open source software. The only downside is, is that there is no company to call if the programs don't work and for some people it may be a little tricky to use because it some cases it is considered advanced stuff. But they're are all kinds of forums on the web you can go to, and you can get help on certain problem you may have or any other question for that matter. A lot of the people would gladly help you.

I recently installed Ubuntu linux about a month ago and so far I'm loving it... I think it's awesome. I first used it as a live Cd image and now I have it fully installed on my desktop and side be side dual booting it with ubuntu and windows vista (F**** I KNOW!). I have bit torrent and limewire installed and since there are no viruses virtually for linux I can basically download all I want... So much techno and movies it's not even remotely funny.... Wow did I even spell that right???? hahahaha... Anyway I would strongly recommend that you try this distro of linux over all the other ones because... Well they're is tons of support and most people who have linux have ubuntu! There is no power user subscription bullsh*t either... If you ever considered the following: Red Hat, Novell, or Mandrivia. You have to purchase them... F**** NO!!!! If your going open source, in my opinion you wnat to get your sh*t for free am I right???? Or am I Right????? If I wanted to buy my softeware I'd have to say I would buy a mac. Because I'm not a hardcore gamer. I love art, music and photography... I managed to open a Deviantart account..
